  The Traxys Management Team brings decades of industry expertise from around the globe. In 2006, Management led the buyout by private equity of its industrial owners Arcelor and Umicore. The Traxys Management Team increased its investment in 2014 when The Carlyle Group and affiliates of Louis M. Bacon acquired a majority interest.
